With Moxie meta: 1) Reply from my personal account for Bountycaster questions -> endless stream of questions, people unhappy I'm not responding to everything OR 2) Reply from @bountycaster account for Bountycaster questions -> questions become more manageable and I can get to them, people unhappy I'm not responding from my personal account Between the two, I have to pick responding from @bountycaster because I can respond to user questions and it keeps my days manageable so can focus on product + shipping

No, that's beside the point. It takes a lot of time to reply to the extent she has. Bountycaster doesn't get better at the pace it should if she spends hours replying every day.

it is, but the effect of replying is different. If she replies from her normal account, more people (or even the same people) come back for more because her replies get them moxie. From the bountycaster account, the same financial incentive isn't there, so far fewer people try to bait for engagement (because they're not getting anything from it).
