2) Reply from @bountycaster account for Bountycaster questions -> questions become more manageable and I can get to them, people unhappy I'm not responding from my personal account

Between the two, I have to pick responding from @bountycaster because I can respond to user questions and it keeps my days manageable so can focus on product + shipping

No, that's beside the point. 

It takes a lot of time to reply to the extent she has. Bountycaster doesn't get better at the pace it should if she spends hours replying every day.
