They won by controlling demand, classic aggregation. I often argue Pump and OpenSea were basically the same app. They did the same things, and they both won the same way. Control demand and the supply will follow.

Agree, they were incredibly extractive 😩 It would have been interesting to see the impact on the industry if token revenue went 100% back to creators and communities with launchpads like flaunch.
