Is been a month that I stopped gym because of my lower back pain and recently started it again slowly working upper body and core. But I have felt so guilty all this time and afraid I will loose my muscles and body. Has anyone experienced smth similar and how did you overcome the fear?

When Iā€™m not able to give as much time to being active as I would like, I try to round it out with the areas that I can control such as my diet. Also, recognizing that there are seasons for everything, is helpful as well. Also also, try to understand where the guilt comes from! I could go on šŸ¤Ŗ
