what online yoga teachers/videos do /yoga friends recommend for an almost-beginner? i mean more "actual" yoga and less yoga for adrienne (which is also great but it doesn't capture my attention for some reason)

i know it's much better to get an IRL teacher but time flexibility is more important for me right now 😅

oooh gonna check this out! i am in the process of creating NFTs of yoga flows i have started to record and they will eventually include meditations, intentions, etc.
