How was your workout today Fitcasters? What was your main focus? Here is your movement of the dayβ¦. SLED TRX rows (4-5x pulls up and back) π€π€π€ If you have access to a sled, I would highly recommend adding this into your programming. Such a great movement for posterior chain & core strengthening πͺπΎπͺπΎπͺπΎ Notes: goal is to stay low with the pull (another variation is adding a hip thrust for a full power row)
