asking someone out is masculine energy and invites a man in his feminine to respond. if a feminine woman seeks a match, the guy has to ask. it’s fine if the woman identifies more masculine (giving, assertive, constant) and the man identifies more feminine (receiving, flow state, manifesting) so long as that tracks for the people involved. anything successful in life - business, relationship or otherwise- requires a balance of energy.
