Appreciation 03/06/25 1. Electrical stove - now that my power is back on, I’ve come to really appreciate my electric stove and how well it helps me cook meals! 2. Tomato Sausage and celery - I know this combo sounds strange but you should give it a try. Cook the sausage and then cook the celery in the fat that gets rendered out of the sausage. Makes for a delicious meal! 3. Rain boots - the snow is beginning to melt and it’s raining a little more than I’d like but I have to say that my new hunter rain boots are coming in handy and I love the super waterproofing of the boots! Never had tomato sausage! That sounds tasty! Will try the celery combo. I really love fresh greenbeans with sausage so have high hopes!
