1. Electrical stove - now that my power is back on, I’ve come to really appreciate my electric stove and how well it helps me cook meals! 

2. Tomato Sausage and celery - I know this combo sounds strange but you should give it a try. Cook the sausage and then cook the celery in the fat that gets rendered out of the sausage. Makes for a delicious meal!

3. Rain boots - the snow is beginning to melt and it’s raining a little more than I’d like but I have to say that my new hunter rain boots are coming in handy and I love the super waterproofing of the boots!

Awwww you remember! Hehe it went well! I don’t have anything super scary. Basically there is a blood vessel that runs alongside one of the nerves in my head and whenever it beats too strong or fast it keeps irritating that nerve and causes some major headaches in clusters. I’m on medication for it and it’s helping but I do need to go in for an operation to fix what is wrong, in the near future. Thank you asking, you are very kind to do so!
