My dogs are in need and so different not sure how to proceed.

If it is broke I like to fix it. Cars, relationships, lawn mowers, self esteem,  ...

Well mainly my second rescue she is a maniac jumping on people and happy she nibbles on me. Like hard enough to pinch it is like she she is so happy she can't controll her energy. I am  teaching things like sit, stay, and leave it but when she gets excited it all goes out the window.

ahh ok yea i’ve had to work on all of those things with my dog and with dogs we’ve fostered in the past. how old is your dog btw?

The one I need help with is  young but of breeding age. Not sure how old she just found me in the park walking my first rescue and immediately went to play and tummy up.
Chip scan signs posted... nothing.
She gets fixed next week which might change things but her energy is...
Feiendly but dangerous. She is a big girl.
