in the US specifically, i consider shopping experience to be normal if everything you need is not behind locks. aisles are clean and nicely organized. i found most regular stores here are dysfunctional. so anything where i can shop that doesn’t give me a bad vibe or makes me wonder wth went wrong here is normal
