one fun lesson I've been reminded of recently is that tendons (even while injured) actually *like* to be used - helps with recovery. so although, 100m strides felt like an absolutely terrifying/unhinged thing for me to do this morning as I'm rehabbing a lingering hamstring injury... felt quite good after π

yeah, ngl, it's a confusing journey for me. one day, one runs, and the injury/sore spot goes away from the exercise, and the other day, one just makes it worse. π€·ββοΈ

Iβm past training blocks I never incorporated strides, but this training block I have!! Have you also tried a foam roller for your hamstring?!
