This is a horrible idea. Artists should be able to share their artwork on FC, minted, WIP or otherwise, without fear that some random person will mint it without their permission , on a random contract they don't own it control This allows anyone to re-mint artwork that already is minted elsewhere, spuriously

it sounds like a terrible idea for this one reason: Most casters DID NOT MAKE THE ART…. how in hell will the original artist (not the caster) be proved to be the artist? This thing will incentivize non-artists who will end up exploiting us..

how does anyone know who was the original creator of a work? this is the question that sparked the thought experiment. it also points to the behaviour change i see being necessary as we plunge into the age of ai - mint first, then distribute (especially as cost to mint approached zero with layer twos etc)
