positivity is overrated, authenticity is not. life is joyous and itโs also full of broken glass. i see a lot of these bots saying โdonโt spread negativity, be positive!โ the human condition is not all positive. Im still working on my anger issues and the goal for me has always been: what outlets do i need to use for this negative energy? Finding outlets for my negative emotions is way healthier than pretending they donโt exist

"Finding outlets for my negative emotions is way healthier than pretending they donโt exist" This is what every person who thinks that therapy is only for "crazy" people should hear. Keeping negative emotions bottled up to hide them from yourself or others is a recipe for burn out and break down.
