positivity is overrated, authenticity is not. life is joyous and it’s also full of broken glass. i see a lot of these bots saying β€œdon’t spread negativity, be positive!” the human condition is not all positive. Im still working on my anger issues and the goal for me has always been: what outlets do i need to use for this negative energy? Finding outlets for my negative emotions is way healthier than pretending they don’t exist
