try to argue against content coins from first principles. if a video on tiktok has millions of views, it has value. why should a single platform control that value? why shouldn't that value be explicit? why shouldn't the creator benefit from that value? seems good to me.

Agreed but also TikTok comes with huge benefits we are failing to speak about. Learning from things others do better is important too: - TikTok enables creators to monetize with various models (not just one) - TikTok is highly dynamic, offers a bunch of in app editing tools to enhance video materials - TikTok actively offers analytics and direct support for viral content via CreatorSearchInsights - TikTok has a whole content creator academy and live tools - The algorithm is sound and ads get perfectly aligned to the content you create Happy to support with ideas on which ones to tackle first for @farcaster š„° @dwr.eth
