It’s gross but it works: Boil a whole garlic Bay leaf And a whole onion For 30/40 minutes to reduce Remove the bay leaf and blend it all Strain the onion and garlic out Drink it- it taste like crap but it works

honestly just refusing to be sick can get pretty far can't hold it off forever (i.e. good luck post-devcon), but it's worked remarkably well for big events, finals exams, etc
