Angels, what questions do you ask a founder when you're considering investing?

As a founder myself, sometimes such questions from angels are a bit patronising as many angels only add capital / terse 'connections'. 

I think the best investors are from within the same industry so that questions to founders are about relevant hard things from the get go.

I understand the founder is a quasi asset manager after accepting external capital but sometime questions they get or answers expected are some mumbo jumbo spiel about how the startup is a way for the founder or investor to self actualise themselves or whatever.
