Genuine question: What is the average Joe using LLMs for today?

Haven’t found it to be very useful outside of coding but i must be missing something if cutting edge AI models keep topping the App Store charts

Examples:

1. It’s my cooking coach, and “household management knowledge assistant” — tells me how to solve most any issue / plan for anything related to home management, personal finance, fitness, travel, etc.

2. Conflict resolution guidance: It can help solve tricky interpersonal issues that you want to keep private — including stuff with yourself

3. Curiosity partner: learn about anything new

4. Language : learning assistant - can create an infinite amount of practice, regardless of topic

5. Writing assistant: help critique outlines, identify and fill in argument gaps, transform “voice”, write basic memos / announcements.
