If someone had a few days to go from 0-100 on Obsidian, how should they go about it? Assume familiarity with Asana/Notion/Jira/etc. but they've never used Obsidian. 

Main use cases are project management/tracking, CRM, knowledge base, etc. All pretty "canonical", nothing crazy.

I found the tutorials for basic note-taking and UI exploration more challenging and user dependent than most other apps. 

I had to click around for about an hour before it started to make some sense. 

That and cmd+N of course.
