Where do people currently stand on remote vs. in person? At least for an early stage iterating and changing fast, my view is that nothing beats being in the same room.

Both work but require different skills & approaches. I’d hate to see crypto abandon remote due to the control mindset of those who can afford offices & housing in expensive markets. Because then we would lose some of the immense, worldwide, asynchronous, writing-based talent that remote unlocks.
