It helps with flexibility. It's like a little daily maintenance for your body, where you can find the tight spots before they become injuries. It changed my life when i was overweight and unhealthy, it helped me heal my body and start being active again. 42 $degen

In my mind my physical healthy is made up of: food, strength, cardio, and flexibility. Doesn't have to be yoga, but I highly recommend some sort of regular flexibility practice the routine.

I like yoga but I never fit it into my schedule. This is a great idea. Thanks!

Yoga and meditation or breathing exercises is my favorite way to start the day. I like classes to mix it up and try new things, I have my own practice as well, but when I'm feeling lazy sometimes its easier for me to let someone else lead.

Not from YouTube.  But I do yoga alone. Yoga is the best exercise to calm the mind, which I like very much.💆‍♀️💆‍♂️
