I have my doubts that it's actually isolationist, it's just pro-Russia branded as isolationist.

I get what you mean. Is the US in BRICS now? Who can tell anymore. But Tarriffs are tarriffs, who they benefit and who they hurt is the game but the rules are isolationism (at least economically). Empty shelves ~6 months?

Honestly I'll be surprised if we see them. It's going to be interesting, Republican businesses are going to get decimated by these and the deportations, we'll see where populism hits the economics.

Well, typically populism seems to destroy economics from what little I know about it. That's when you get like, the Desaparacidos situations happening. These civilians being trained to help ICE are freaky as all get out. I wonder what accountability they will have. I tend to doubt any.
