I’m fairly neutral on him too. 
Clearly an undeniably good business person. This rhetoric here is insane mental gymnastics. It’s a big leap from “not a security” to “art”. 

In full disclosure I *have* waged fiery wars of words against the company’s  customer service practices in particular. Coinbase is extremely subpar in many ways when compared to the institutions they want to be seen as peers of, and I think people get so radicalized against these institutions they blind themselves to the crap treatment they are getting.
