I like spending in the ETH ecosystem but note that I use the word "spending" because I don't expect to make any money off it. which is not to say that profiting is impossible, obviously not. but it's hard to beat BTC

crypto total marketcap is near all time highs but crypto twitter legit feels dead

anyone have good explanations for why?

1) OGs are generally out/off the timeline

2) alts are down or dead and grab most attention -- BTC.D continuing to crush https://t.co/T46587ACkV

BTC is basically the only thing that has done well

Majority of retail went further out the risk curve thinking they could beat BTC returns. Instead they're down 75% against BTC

must admit that was my strategy since late 2023 and I am prolly even steven with BTC. If I had taken 80% profits from virtuals shitters I'd have a year cash runway and would be a wholecoiner. hard painful lesson.
