Interesting second day at African Class.

We’ve been told to put together an event, sell tickets and plan the whole thing.

It’s going to be a buffet-style service with a variety of starters, mains, salads, soups and desserts for 50 people.

I’ve also been nominated for what’s like an assistant “class rep” role.
