Same here. We lost many candidates on the way when we were posting jobs with the names of the companies.

The reason is because we know what the client wants to hear and we help with CVs and a brief description of talents, so when candidates apply on their own, they might not explain their strengths in a good way and get rejected on the stage of CV review. With us the majority goes straight to the hiring manager interview
