@daosdotworld (DW) started on @base .  Why did you choose Base? I'm especially curious about @jessepollak 's early support and how Base's ecosystem helped your initial growth. (like $FDREAM’s 176x jump)? @azflin 



Base was a no brainer. We wanted to go on EVM firstly - on EVM it is much much easier to build expressive smart contracts that on Solana. Base is the #1 EVM chain in terms of degens, volume, mindshare, everything, so naturally we went there. And AI was popping off on base.

And somehow we managed to catch @jessepollak 's eye early on. He was a huge early supporter and I will be always be grateful for his support! Just build something dope and the base team will be watching.
