🚨I BUILT MY FIRST MINI APP🚨 Taken right out of @dwr.eth's 50 mini app ideas post, I built "Pay $1 to cast that you paid $1" I added an extra twist - you get to see how many others paid a dollar if you paid the dollar. This was inspired by the OG web2 site from 2017, “How Many People Paid A Dollar To See How Many People Paid A Dollar?”: https://www.vice.com/en/article/more-than-youd-think/ This was incredibly fun & easy to dev. So much viral potential in building an app you can open right in your social feed, with a built in wallet. I'll write a short guide on how I made this soon. Needless to say i will be building more of these 😁 pay the dollar .. i dare you..

a crypto version of this game would go bonkers not many people know this game, it is quite niche. it's a mobile MMORPG that you can casually play a few minutes a day, or completely obsess over and play for 8 hours straight loot matters, there's skill / decision making involved, there's micro transactions that make a difference it's just fucking perfect tbh

did a quick look into the internals here by looking at their first coin $FEST. can pretty much just view everything here: https://edge.meteora.ag/dlmm/2Tc7bC3qJrVn5ZFm34ow5d7Y7c4Xci5hC6LaBUYNS1dr so starting mcap 26k~, 1B total supply. 500M deployed to a single sided DLMM (so no initial SOL capital required) fee = 5%, bin step = 400 (4%). DLMM has max # of bins at 69, so this pool will go out of range about 15x higher (390k mcap). at that point i presume the remaining 500M coins must be deployed in a new pool somehow? creators earn 80% of fees + 1% of supply. not bad! the perma 5% fee does seem a bit steep imo.

one thing i find lacking on the purple app is just straight crypto alpha airdrop guides, farming/yield threads, shitcoin thesises, NFT whitelist guides etc X is still by far best place to get public crypto alfa

i don't think new programmers will ever fundamentally understand front end programming ever again. the AI is too strong. if something looks off, the zoomers are just gonna reprompt instead of trying to understand the underlying logic back in my day..
