Excited to finally share something I’ve been working on!

I’ve been thinking a lot recently about how to optimize the onboarding for new apps, and think I have a pretty good example:

This is a new, free to play, version of the original tmr.news that’s meant to explore the question of what if there was 0 barrier to entry.

Users simply log in with twitter and are given 10 free “credits” to play with. Gas is sponsored when they send their txs.

This setup has the benefit of requiring 0 onramping as we can simply sell users additional credits through any old payment provider.

Of course, we can still retain financialization via rewards given to top performers from the credits sale revenue.

One thing is that it is very US based if this model is getting traction it could be interesting to open more sub websites, one for SEA region, one for India etc
