Absolutely love raw oysters! One of the best places I’ve had them was Paris, where some markets on Sunday just sell them by size 1-4 (higher is chonkier)

Also the chain Léon usually has amazing ones 🤌

Oysters have selenium too, which is rare in food

Love them but do not eat more than 6 unless you want a full stomach cleaning.
