Any tips transitioning back from paternity leave? Currently, I'm helping my wife with our newborn almost all day and night. I can't see how I can step away and get back to work and not have her go crazy with all the support that's needed...

Take a pay cut and use partial paid family leave via state and get out of work 1-2 days a week so she isn’t alone for more than a couple days a week.
