I'm going to say something that's true in crypto that i wish wasn't the case, and have been slow to admit

Narrative market fit is more important than product market fit

Maybe it won't be that way forever but it's been true for as long as i've been here

A friend and I were just talking about this. A personal manifesto of mine has always been to find the best of both worlds. 

A great example of this is degen. Fits the meme coin narrative has incredible product market fit being tied to farcaster.
