Learning is a lot like breathing. There are inhalations - you consume, expand, take in. Then there are exhalations - you clear out, reduce, empty. Itā€™s interesting to ask ourselves from time to time what our breathing has been looking like: Have I only been trying to consume mountains of new ideas and facts? Have I only been looking for that one single principle that explains it all? Rhythm is everything.

True, I feel like I donā€™t pause to process information sometimes I just take everything in. Iā€™m guessing this should be the inhaling phase Do you have practices that help you clear out and make sense of everything
