Hmm… gets me thinking 🤔 maybe everyone has their preferred way of inviting shower thoughts diffuse attention as opposed to focused attention (where we necessarily spend much of our waking time) I think of it as my mind is a dog & I’m letting it off its lead alt q: what makes you daydream? 💭
