What’s a curly girl haircut? Sometimes my wife gets like this curly girl perm that gives her windswept beach hair for like a year.

it's a special way of cutting hair that has a natural wave or curl pattern to it they cut your hair wet so that it's in its natural curl pattern and then snip every curl individually if you get your hair cut with the straight hair technique then they brush your hair completely straight and cut it in a straight line while damp curly cut: perfect shape, curls all end pointing down or in regular cut: curls flip out, up, in, down; your hair can have a triangle shape to it and be super heavy on the bottom or in the middle
