How about naturally dyed?

I was rather more asking if you’d like a naturally dyed option than if natural dyes were fugitive. Maybe I misunderstood your response. The thought to improve with age is a great one to have, of course. What did you have in mind? Any visuals?

natural dyes and mordants are often so!

more broadly though, if the thing is meant to last, it should have structure and colour that improves with age
