/nook now supports token info!

- View user token balances
- View token charts, holder info, and activity
- View holders on FC / your following

Improvements:
- Added created NFTs section
- Redesigned transaction feed
- Easier navigation between txs, tokens, collectibles, and users 

In progress:
- submit transactions

We mentioned at Farcon that /nook is becoming more onchain, now we have:
- Transaction feeds
- Collectibles (NFTs)
- Tokens (ERC20s)

How many NFT's show up in the collectables tab?  i hit the end and it wasnt showing everything (there is a TON of stuff in that wallet)

We don't support every chain right now. Just Base, Zora, OP, and Ethereum

they all seem to show up but as i scrolled way way way down it eventually stopped and was only showing about 1/4 of the total nfts
