The overall vs. tail-end of this distribution shows that PB & OpenRank are similar in implementation but not the same .... PB seems to reward some non-high-engagement users. Also interesting that there are ~150 people in the top 1k of OpenRank who don't have PB.

I was baffled by that chart too. What's so special with the 15k + rank to have that much PB users
