I've been doing Pilates 2-3x a week for a little over a year now which has been great for strength and flexibility but realized my cardio is not great I started adding kickboxing classes recently and LOVE it. Makes cardio so much more fun for me and I actually look forward to it

Aw there isn't a similar studio around? I move locations every month so I change studios regularly and it's a lot of finding new studios
