Hi Casters. I took a walk with a founder friend of mine yesterday afternoon and was reminded about how awesome walking meetings are. I feel like my mental state is vastly improved in a walking meeting vs a meeting sitting down.

So true, I’d say skipping improves meetings even further. @willywonka.eth and I do this around the neighborhood a few times a day.
