“DAOs become bureaucracies that move slow and can't compete in a fast paced environment.” Is this 100% true? How would you design a DAO to specifically compete in a fast paced environment? (without using centralization) Any suggestions?

subDAOs! in theory can design a DAO to look exactly like a centralized org, only with token holders instead of shareholders (if that's what the community wants). or, with many [subDAO] leaders rather than one leader (tbd how well this works tho) cointelegraph.com/innovation-circle/dispelling-the-flat-dao-myth

Delegating authority without centralizing. subDAOs, onchain roles, or any other way you want to put it. In order for any organization to be effective you need to have high-context individuals in positions to make decisions. However you decentralized around that baseline is open to discussion.
