Wyoming's DUNA tracks several of the provisions of a model bill that @cowriellc and I recently published here: https://papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers.cfm?abstract_id=4749245 The DUNA is a subcategory of another legal entity form, the UNA, which we've also written about extensively (linked in the most recent paper).
