Has anyone done Farcaster account security 101? eg if one loses access to the farc address seed - what then? How can we mitigate / prevent worst case scenario?

I believe if you signed up with Warpcast they have the recovery address, and can help you recover your account that way

Yeah they even give you the option to change recovery to an address you control if you feel comfortable with that
