Has anyone done Farcaster account security 101? eg if one loses access to the farc address seed - what then? How can we mitigate / prevent worst case scenario?

I believe if you signed up with Warpcast they have the recovery address, and can help you recover your account that way

I already lost mine once. I bulk uninstalled apps to make space on my phone and lost warpcast. They had a manual or under review process for me to get a new wallet. Had my account back in 72 hours.
