Warpcast *is* the app. There aren’t going to be lots of popular interfaces. Power laws still apply. All the important engagement mechanics happen in the UI.

too early too tell imo 1. you can build a totally new app and leverage building on farcaster purely for the existing liquidity of users. your users would never hear about warpcast 2. warpcast will stay mid (best for most people) for a while, it’s a good opportunity for other clients around specific use cases

I support the experimentation and I think someone talented like you could create the .1% outlier that is Tweetdeck or Tweetbot or Buffer. But the features one is able to implement will be limited by what Warpcast is willing to show to the masses.

hopefully not, if long term features are not interoperable i’m leaving and yes, people who start on warpcast will only move to warpcast-adjacent apps (like supercast) but i can see a world where 99% of new users onboard through an app called “takes” and warpcast is cooked
