I will say, the issue with this trade is capital efficiency - even if you are high conviction that eg 2e floor is inevitable, you don’t know the timeline for the catalysts in the second cast, and your funds probably could be put to work in better places in the meantime So if you are holding you’re mostly just hoping the ETH-basis floor holds and in that case it’s kinda similar to just holding raw ETH.

better places in the meantime is my sentiment as well. other than that i agree with you. though would be interested to hear your take on the impact of @woj.eth super pets like you guys talked about on doingnumbers. if woj gives everyone an ai pet, what's the point of paying $6k for a gaias?
