onchain gaming renaissance seems imminent

has always been foretold but yet to be realized

some tailwinds: 
- redstone L2 shortly
- wallet stack improvements
- farcaster for distribution

not to be that guy, but - how to long?

another thing generally is when you have a small group of passionate and talented ppl who have been quietly grinding on something, it’s value will eventually be seen

onchain gaming community feels like that

Went kinda deep on this a while back

Main thoughts:
- good games take > 1 year, so the wave of games built on redstone won’t be ready till next cycle
- no clear way to long other than private funding rounds bc gaming is the one product crypto category where token adds little value (if game is good)

Any onchain games in particular that you’re excited about?

Hopefully very imminent, I've been heads down working on an on-chain game engine and got a prototype working end-to-end tonight.  People can create codeless games with it (once I learn a lot more reactjs lol)
