It's weird that the Ethereum cabal is arguing on X

Why aren't they arguing about it on the app that is architecturally Ethereum Twitter?

This is a greater indictment of Eth culture than any VC / "inner circle" drama

The Ethereum cabal have been some of the biggest public detractors of Farcaster. Actually moreso than “CT” which gets the meat of the criticism here

They think Farcaster fragmented the ethereum social layer and they don’t want to do the work to rebuild their following

Also during the Degen mania they didn’t like the casino/airdrop farming vibe

ex-/airswap. part time node runner, full time shitcaster, all time higher

Fwiw you can curate your following on Twitter to mostly escape that vibe if you wanted to. In the spring you couldn’t escape it here no matter how hard you tried, prob same case w recent clanker stuff
