Thank you!! I found the Nike Run app really great. It basically plans out your weeks of running depending on how many weeks away your half is. Itβs also free :) also running with someone is so amazing, running with my sister and having a chat makes it so much easier to run really far! Good luck π

Run slow, a lot. Zone 2 is your friend. Time on feet and total mileage are your friends. Speed and sprints are not, yet at least. Recover. Recover recover recover. Sleep well & eat well. Stretch your calves post run, dynamically warm up pre run. Get used to hydrating and fueling mid run.
