What are your thoughts on this type of language? As opposed to just “Yes” and “No”

i prefer less words in principle, and No in this case. A: “no, let me try” i liked that it said ‘let me try’. felt friendlier and safer (not as final as ‘no’) B: “no” quicker to see less to process i’d change it to no, and change the question to get the vibe needed in some way w/o emoji. hbu

I agree! I think it would be best as: “Yes” “No” (Ideal, bc short and direct.) or possibly: “Yes, I remember my password.” “No, I do not remember my password.” (Doesn’t require rereading the question.)

or, another alternative would be to remove the “Do you still remember your password?” question, and allow the responses to do all of the work.
